Constructed early at Shunzhi regime of Qing dynasty, Shuncheng Jun Wang Fu is located at the east side of Jingshifang Street, Xicheng District, Beijing (at No.32, Zhaodengyu Road in the past.). Liemianhun, the first owner of Shuncheng Jun Wang Fu, was the great-grandson of Nu'erhachi, the emperor who found Qing dynasty, and later he was given the special honour of "hereditary family". In 1917 after he died, his son, Wenkui was still conferred upon as Shuncheng Jun Wang by Puyi, the abdicated emperor. However, his family financial status was no longer as prosperous as before. Under such circumstances, he could not but sell the mansion to Zhang Zuolin, a war1ord that had occupied Beijing, who used it as his private residence. Zhang XueIiang and Miss Zhao Si, two famous persons in history, ever lived in this mansion for several years.

In 1994, Shuncheng Jun Wang Fu is relocated at the East Corner of Chaoyang Garden in Beijing.
